| My first anime was sailor moon. But my first anime i ever watched that i knew was a anime was D. Grayman. And with that it opened up my massive but short obsession with anime. More into manga right now.

| my first anime would have to be either naruto or dragon ball z! i remember watching them when i was little with my brother and enjoyed them so much!! lol, brings back memories!

| my very first anime.... Was the movie Ninja Scroll it was so different from everything else I had ever seen before. I mean wow. The hero doesn't get the girl and the tragicness of the whole thing made me want to find out more.

| My first Anime was Ghost in the Shell stand alone complex,death note, and bleach. An episode of each. I had back surgery and was in the hospital nodding out on morphine and there wasn't anything on at midnight. I had long ago grown out of Saturday morning cartoons but I watched Adult Swim reluctantly and the more I watched the more I became fascinated. The next night I already had the TV waiting on the cartoon network.After I was discharged from the hospital, I started looking for anime to download online and I also got a bunch from netflix. As soon as I learned that most anime was based on manga, I started reading manga as well.

| my very first anime... from when I was like 8 year old.... Ronin Warriors first watched it when I decided not to sleep some night and after that, decided to wake up at 4am just to watch it... then sailormoon aired right afther it wich would make Ronin Warriors my first by about 30 minutes lol

| hmmm its hard to say i didn't have cable at young age nor dish channels
so what ever the normal free channels that America had like FOX, WB, or ABC
so i only remember things like Escaflowne, Digimon, and Pokemon.

| I really hate to admit this because it will really date me, but the first anime I watched (and I didn't know it was anime) was Gatchaman. Actually, when I was watching it as a child it was called G-Force. It was really different compared to other cartoons at the time.

| when i was little, i saw some episodes of Sailor Moon on tv. but i didn't see all eps. so, about 6 years ago, a colleague of mine said she was also watching it, and i asked her to make me some dvds with the anime. i barely ate and slept in that time :))
that started my love for anime and even now, i know the opening song almost by heart :D :X

| There were some anime I watched when I was a kid. If I remeber correctly it was Transformers. And I started to like anime sibce I watched Hellsing when I was 13.

| Pokemon most likely XDXD Though the first 'anime' I saw that wasn't a longggggg episodic series like Pokemon, digimon, doraemon, yu-gi-oh, one piece (..oh god I watched a lot as a kid  ) was probably Cardcaptor Sakura <3 !! I never watched Sailor Moon so CCS was pretty much the mahou shoujo anime for me XDXD
