Cleaners:
You have to clean the scans thoroughly.
Erase all foreign text (be able to tell between SFXs and parts of the picture)
Clone and redraw the parts of the pictures that have been covered by SFXs you've erased.
You don't have to be perfect. Relax and try your best :)
If you need some help then please feel free to ask! :) Also here is the cleaner test and a cleaner Guide.
Everything is written down how you can clean, stepp for stepp so that you guys know what cleaning is about and how to do it. You only need to download the cleaner test and the guide and then you can start.

PM Cleaner test to the Admins. Don't forget that the scans should have layers and be saved as .psd
Typesetters:
Make sure everything goes according to the translations that will be provided for you.
match the raws' SFX as closely as possible!!
ALWAYS SAVE IN PSD when you turn it in!!

| I have a question ; Umm, in the instructions for the cleaner, it says we need 3 layers in the psd, and I under the background and bg copy ones, but the level layers?
In the other teams I cleaned for, we leveled the everything, and didn't need a 'level layer.' I hope you understand what I mean... so can you explain it to me?

Also you need the level layer so that the leveling went wrong and was overleveld you can change it without doing all the scans again. Thast what you need the level layer for. For which teams did you cleaned?

| I would love to help by learning to clean, but I am unfortunately without a copy of photoshop for the time being...  Thank you for your awesome work and perhaps I'll find the finances to get a copy of photoshop soon (yay poor college student!)

I've had about a year and a half experience with photoshop, so I'm willing to try out typesetting. =)

It's gonna take a long time installing all the fonts into my mac, so it'll take some time D;

| Hi there everyone.
I've been wanting to become a cleaner for a while now. Your group is the first I've come across that is so eager to help inexperienced people learn. Thanks for that. =) So yeah, I would be very willing to be a cleaning here. I've never done it before but have been practicing. That's only getting me so far though because I'm using GIMP. The tutorials/guides are geared for Photoshop so I'm pretty much having to teach myself >_<. Is there a guide or something that you could point me toward that might help?

Hope that helps if not there a some sites where you can see how other people do the sfxs

| I would like to help too ... i would do cleaning but sadly i don't have that much time to spend reconstructing some images D:
but if it's typesetting i think i could do, i'm a begginer though o/ (anyway i already send the test =D)
I like to play withphotoshop but if you have something you me me to change in the way made it please say
