Changing Status to reader

| Hi. I recently completed the 5 post limitation. But when I checked out thread titled 'IMPORTANT' in the 'To download our Release section', the thread was closed. And the admins have yet to reply to the threads posted in the same section.
So, then, how do I become a Reader?

| I`m having the exact same issue :P but i never see an answer and everyone who asked this question are already readers so i'm lost  Well stay positive and be patient :P 
ok well here i am again still lost. but this time as a reader. For future members, it may be that the admins have to change your status or it`s an automatic after three days or something. i don't know but good luck to you all.
