First, you should ask yourself if it's a shoujo or yaoi manga... I'm not too sure about the sex of the protagonist on the right. I would say that it is a shounen ai manga... probably from a mangaka who did shoujo before. I'm pretty sure I've already seen those drawings somewhere... but I don't remember this manga.
